Missouri NEA, in cooperation with CompTracker, collects school district salary and compensation information through an online database utility. Missouri NEA local leaders who request access can log in to the database to see current and historical data for Missouri school districts, as well as run reports to analyze the data. The database houses information such as the following:

Certified salary schedules.
Health insurance premiums, co-pays, and deductibles.
Paid leave days.
Extra duty pay.
Support staff hourly wages.
Stipends for NBC or other certifications.
Contracts/bargaining agreements.

Local leaders are encouraged to work with UniServ Staff to use the data to establish a bargaining strategy. To gain access to CompTracker, please fill out the request below. You should receive login credentials within 3 days of the initial request.

Your NEA Individual ID is your unique 10-digit member number. You can call your MNEA Regional Office or find it in the header of the last issue of MNEA’s e-newsletter In the Loop, on the mailing label of your Something Better magazine, or in your MyNEA360 Portal. The MyNEA360 Portal is your gateway to updating your financial information, contact information and communicating with other educators using the edCommunities groups. Once logged into your portal, just click on “My Profile” in the navigation menu to view your NEA Individual ID.

Don’t have an account yet? Registering is easy. Go to mynea360.org. Click “Register for Access” to complete the registration form including your name, date of birth, and contact information. Once logged into your portal, just click on “My Profile” in the navigation menu to view your Individual ID.
