Every day, Missouri NEA celebrates, supports, and advocates for you and your commitment to educational excellence in schools across Missouri. The Fall MNEA Professional Practice Conference will provide a space to unite around the excellent work you do in classrooms and schools daily.

MNEA believes Missouri educators are among the best in the country.
MNEA is opening a Request for Proposals (RFPs) for Fall Conference presentations. You are invited, as a practicing educator, to share your expertise and innovative approaches. Your contributions are essential to the success of the professional growth of your colleagues across the state.
Whether you have developed a new approach to classroom management, led a successful advocacy campaign, or have insights into national education trends, we encourage you to submit a proposal and become a key part of our conference program. Sessions should be set up in one of the following styles
- 60-minute workshops
- Roundtable discussions or panels
- Fireside chats (explanation of each style in the RFP).
Submit your proposal by 5 PM Friday, Sept. 13.

This conference is an opportunity for us to come together as a community of educators to enhance our professional practices, advocate for our profession, and explore the critical roles we play in shaping the future of education in Missouri and beyond. The conference will feature three dynamic strands designed to address the diverse needs and interests of our members:
Professional Practice Advocacy
Engage in meaningful discussions and workshops that focus on advocating for best practices in classrooms and schools, ensuring every educator has the tools and support necessary to succeed.
Leading in K-12 Spaces
Explore strategies and insights for leading effectively within our schools, from classroom leadership to administrative roles, empowering you to drive positive change within your educational environment.
National and State Opportunities for Growth
Discover opportunities for professional growth at both the state and national levels, including new initiatives, resources, and networks that can help you elevate your practice and impact.
