LGBTQ+ Pride Month (June)

DIVERSITY MONTHS

As educators, we want our students to take pride in who they are as well as respect others for their differences, creating safe, welcoming schools for all students.

The NEA has partnered with Project THRIVE, a project of the Human Rights Campaign to create more equitable, inclusive support systems, and communities for LGBTQ+ youth. Find links below to resources that may help you support LGBTQ+ students.

Project Thrive

Help students seek the help that they need when dealing with emotional distress.
