The MNEA Collective Bargaining Conference will be held on Sat., Nov. 4, 2023, at the Marriott St. Louis Airport. This training opportunity is for locals who are actively involved in collective bargaining on behalf of their members and locals who are interested in doing so in the future. This training will offer focused training for beginners and advanced tactics training and resources for those who have been bargaining for a while.
MNEA asks that members contact their local leaders to get into this training and that you, as a local leader, consider bringing your best and brightest with you to this conference.
Audience: This training is appropriate for local leaders, bargaining chairs, bargaining team members, members who hope to participate in the bargaining process in the future, and leaders who hope to grow their understanding of collective bargaining and gain a better understanding of how it can improve the teaching conditions in your district.
