What is American Education Week?

American Education Week—Nov. 15-19, 2021—presents all Americans with a wonderful opportunity to celebrate public education and honor individuals who are making a difference in ensuring that every child receives a quality education. Each day of the week-long celebration is an observance of how each member of the community can contribute to making public schools great.

Mon., Nov. 15: Kickoff Day
Tues., Nov. 16: Parents Day
Wed., Nov. 17: Education Support Professionals Day
Thurs., Nov. 18: Educator for a Day
Fri., Nov. 19: Substitute Educators Day
