Share your story: How will the $51 million taken from public schools affect your students

The state tried to stop us. They failed.

The court refused Jefferson City politicians' demand to dismiss our case, but did not grant our temporary restraining order. We're going to trial.

Until our case is heard at trial, $51 million in public dollars will now flow to private schools that can reject your child with disabilities, turn them away for their faith, or for any reason they choose.

This is just the beginning.

Your story matters now.

Your voice shows judges and all of Missouri what's at stake. We need your voice to show them that we are not alone.

Please record a short video and tell us: Why is it so important that our schools welcome every child?

Our union, Missouri NEA, was the only one with the courage to take this fight to court, and we're not backing down. This is a fight for what holds our communities together. When you kill the school, you kill the town. We will not let that happen.

When you speak up, you give your colleagues the courage to join the fight. The legal battle is not over, and we'll be ready for trial. We will win this.
