Missouri School District Salary & Compensation Research
INFORMATION REQUEST

The Missouri National Education Association is conducting its annual statewide compensation data collection for the 2026-2027 school year. Your district's participation is essential to ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the statewide salary and benefits data used by educators, school leaders, policymakers, and communities across Missouri.
Each year, MNEA publishes its Salary Benchmarks and Rankings Report, a widely referenced resource that relies on timely submissions from every Missouri school district. To maintain the integrity of this report, all districts must submit the requested information no later than September 15, 2026. Previous reports can be found on the MNEA website at www.mnea.org/research.
REQUIRED INFORMATION
MNEA is requesting the following information for reporting and research purposes.
- 2026-2027 Salary Schedule for certified teachers
- 2026-2027 Salary Schedules for classified employees (education support)
- 2026-2027 completed one-page compensation survey, includes insurance and paid time off benefits.
School districts should submit the requested information by Sept. 15, either by email to loren.propst@mnea.org or by mail to Missouri NEA Research, 1810 E Elm Street, Jefferson City, MO 65101.
PREFERRED ONLINE SUBMISSION
Districts are strongly encouraged to update their information through CompTracker at https://mnea.comptracker.org. This tool automatically pre-populates information submitted last year, making updates quick and efficient. CompTracker also provides access to salary and benefits information from participating Missouri school districts.
