St. Charles County educators partner with CaresSTL and Harvester Christian Church to provide free COVID-19 testing for educators, students and community members

WHAT: Educators and support staff affiliated with the Missouri National Education Association, concerned with the lack of state and federal resources to ensure every school can take proper steps to mitigate COVID-19’s spread, are partnering with CaresSTL and Harvester Christian Church to host free drive through COVID-19 testing. Participating local unions include the Fort Zumwalt Education Association, Francis Howell Education Association, St. Charles National Education Association and Wentzville National Education Association.



  1. Testing - Technicians administering the test to community members.
  2. Teachers - Teachers volunteering in support of the event and logistics.
  3. Union leaders and community members – Local teacher union leaders, event staff, and representatives of the partnering organizations.





The 32,000-member Missouri NEA represents teachers, education support professionals, college faculty, retired teachers, and students studying to be teachers in school districts and on college campuses throughout the state. It is the Missouri affiliate of the 3 million-member National Education Association.
