One of the most important things that you can do as an educator is share your experiences with the elected officials who make legislation that funds and governs public schools in Missouri.
Capitol Action Days are part of the Missouri NEA comprehensive Government Relations plan to promote positive policy for public education. MNEA's Capitol Action Days are each Wednesday of the legislative session (February through May).
Plan now to make the trip to Jefferson City to attend your Capitol Action Days. Talk to other members about attending, too. If you are unable to attend on the designated days for your governance district, feel free to participate in a different Capitol Action Day.
