MISSOURI NEA EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR DEEANN AULL RETIRES AFTER 47 YEARS OF STANDING UP FOR CHILDREN AND PUBLIC EDUCATION.

After 47 years of advocating for children and public education, Missouri NEA Executive Director DeeAnn Aull is ready to start a new life chapter but promises to continue to stand up for MNEA priorities.

“The time has come for me to enjoy cooking, crafts, a good book, travel, and much-needed time with my family and friends,” Aull says. “I wish nothing but the best for MNEA going forward as it is well positioned for continued growth. I will do my part to ensure a smooth transition to new leadership.”

For the last 23 years, Aull has worked for MNEA, with the last seven years as executive director. Her passion for public education and children began long before that and has never been stronger than it is today. Aull’s commitment to the values MNEA represents runs deep, beginning with her first teaching job in a kindergarten classroom in 1976.
