MNEA Request for PAC Funds

PAC funds are voluntary contributions, not taken from dues dollars. 

 
Please complete a different form for each check request. 

All sections must be completed in order to process your PAC fund request. If you have questions about this form or about using PAC funds, contact the MNEA Political Director Elizabeth Zerr at (573) 644-9610 or elizabeth.zerr@mnea.org.

By completing this form, you attest that the local has recommended the candidate or issue for which the money is requested. 
(i.e. MNEA printing, mailings, yard signs, paid phone calls)

The candidate must have a committee filed with the Missouri Ethics Commission or County Election Authority.

Local or Individual Authorizing:

I understand that funds will be deducted from the MNEA PAC in accordance with all rules and regulations associated with local and state election and campaign finance laws and the MNEA PAC Guidelines. I understand that I must be an authorized representative from my local to withdraw PAC Funds for candidate and issue campaigns.

As an Education Advocate, I am willing to complete at least two of the following four activities:

  • Stay connected through email alerts.
  • Volunteer during a campaign.
  • Encourage MNEA members to attend Capitol Action Lobby Days in Jefferson City.
  • Participate in candidate screenings.
  • Coordinate a meeting with my legislator.
