Ballot Request Form

Eligible voting members will receive an electronic ballot at the home email address listed in their membership record. If you do not have access to email, you may request a mail-in ballot. 

The deadline to request a mail-in ballot is 4 p.m. Mon., Feb. 9, 2026. Mail-in ballots must be mailed and received at MNEA Headquarters no later than 5 p.m. on March 1

I am requesting a paper mail-in ballot to vote in the NEA RA State Delegate Election. I understand that if I use my unique electronic ballot link emailed to my home email address and return a mail-in ballot, the mail-in ballot will be declared invalid.

I understand I must return my ballot in the provided postage-paid envelope addressed to Missouri NEA, ATTN: RA Election, 1810 E Elm Street, Jefferson City, MO 65101. I understand that Missouri NEA has no control over the U.S. Postal Service, and if my mail-in ballot is not received by 5 p.m. March 1, it shall not be counted.
