Local Affiliate Data Reporting 

Deadline: June 15

Welcome to a new process to improve the services MNEA provides to each local.

A standardized process for collecting information from all locals is crucial for maintaining accurate records, ensuring all locals are in compliance, and helping MNEA support the specific needs of each local.

Please submit the following information by June 15:

  1. Current Officers using this template (Local Affiliate Contacts xlxs )
  2. Election Information
  3. Financial Information
  4. Constitution, Bylaws, and CBA (if applicable). 

You will not be able to save your work and come back. We recommend that you read through this form first to have a complete understanding of the required documents prior to completing this form, so you can have them ready to upload.
