The main goal of teacher evaluations is to improve professional practice. This goal cannot be met without productive conversations about your professional practice. These conversations are new to both evaluators and teachers. Learn how to prepare for evaluation meetings, how to discuss your practice, how to benefit from suggestions made by your evaluator and how to respond to comments with which you do not agree. Learn what to do when the conversation is going badly, and pro-active tips to improve the likelihood of a good experience. Bring your own professional growth plan or other document your district uses for evaluation and practice applying your new skills.

No refunds after registration closes. Session will be canceled if too few people register.

Contact Ann Jarrett or Becky Dodds at 1-800-392-0236 if you have any questions.
