Thank you for your continued support and commitment to public education. It is time to renew your fund authorizations and/or payroll deduction. 

Complete your authorization before July 1 to be entered in a drawing! A $500 winner will be announced in July. For a second chance to win, change your payment method to bank draft. If you would like to change your payment method to bank draft or recurring credit card, contact your MNEA Regional Office.

NOTE: Payroll deduction is only available in a limited number of school districts. If you are not currently set up to pay by payroll deduction, you will not have the option to switch to payroll deduction. Filling out this form WILL NOT update or change your payment method.
