Missouri NEA eMERGE is a group of educators in the first 10 years of their careers. They are teachers, support professionals and leaders on a mission to shape the future of public education.
eMERGE is dedicated to providing a supportive network and opportunities for young professionals to get involved in shaping their own profession by taking a role in local, state and regional MNEA activities.

Join MNEA for Unite, Inspire, Lead Conference

Missouri NEA's "Unite, Inspire, Lead" event, is a joint conference with opportunities to learn about social justice and organizing. The conference will offer sessions specifically tailored for education support professionals, higher education professionals, and student members. The conference is a one-day drive-in conference open to all MNEA members and the public 9 a.m.-3:45 p.m., Saturday, March 25, at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel in St. Louis.This conference is free to MNEA members.

Register for Re-eMERGE: Sharing & Learning Event
Wednesday, April 5
MNEA-Retired is coming together with the MNEA eMERGE group Wednesday, April 5, 2017. This is an opportunity for MNEA-Retied members to share stories, experiences and knowledge with the emerging leaders of the association. The two groups will meet at the Capitol in the morning, then have informal breakout sessions in the afternoon at the MNEA Headquarters Office. Ending the day, there will be a special guest speaker from PSRS/PEERS. Lunch will be provide for this free event.
