The Missouri Center for Safe Schools - promotes safe and orderly schools by providing assistance in identification of resources and by facilitating networking of schools across Missouri as they develop effective ways of dealing with violence and other safety related problems.

Missouri School Violence Hotline - report threats against students, teachers and schools.
The State of Missouri, through a grant from the Department of Public Safety, has established a statewide School Violence Hotline to help school districts and law enforcement agencies be aware of reports of school violence as early as possible and to ultimately make schools safer.

Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education - DESE is dedicated to providing exceptional service for local school officials, teachers, students and parents. One of its goals is to use its Web Site as a creative way of helping Missouri educators, students and citizens.

SuccessLink - This site provides tested lesson plans aligned to the Show Me Standards demonstrating "best" instructional practices.

National Board for Professional Teaching Standards - This board is an independent, private nonprofit organization working to improve teaching and learning in America's schools.

National Staff Development Council - NSDC is a nonprofit professional association committed to ensuring success for all students through staff development and school improvement.

Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development - ASCD is an international, nonprofit, nonpartisan education association providing professional development and leadership in teaching and learning for the success of all learners.

U.S. Department of Education - This federal agency provides a comprehensive Web site. The site includes information on federal programs and resources, including grants, regulations, publications and Goals 2000.

Federal Resources for Educational Excellence (FREE) - This site provides teaching and learning resources from federal agencies.
