MNEA awards P.R. grants to local affiliates
Once again local associations across the state have the opportunity
to implement their ideas for spreading good news about public
education with a little financial boost from Missouri NEA.
MNEA’s public relations grant program is a project
of the Association’s Public Relations Committee. Grants
of up to $200 are awarded for projects that increase MNEA’s
visibility in the community, build support for public education,
increase membership in the Association and support local association
public relations efforts.
Following are the 15 local affiliates that received MNEA
public relations grants for 2007–2008.
For more information on the public relations grant program,
contact Linda Bell at (800) 392–0236 or Linda.Bell@mnea.org.
