Good Teaching Conference
Featuring Horacio
Sanchez in ‘How to Manage Behaviors and Improve Test
Scores Through Brain Science’
Adams Point Conference Center, Blue Springs
March 8, 2008
In the world of high stakes testing and increased negative
behaviors, teachers and administrators struggle to find strategies
that are effective with all underperforming students. Join
teachers from around the state March 8 for Missouri NEA’s
Good Teaching Conference. This year’s conference is
designed to train teachers and administrators in how to use
brain-based strategies that you can easily implement school
wide to improve student behavioral and academic outcomes.
Horacio Sanchez shares his research and experience through
an engaging multimedia presentation.
Sanchez presented at the 2006 MNEA Fall Conference. Those
who heard him wanted more! Now you can have a full day of
exciting learning. Here are some comments from MNEA members
who heard his shorter presentation:
Amazing! Wonderful! Awesome! I loved it! Horacio Sanchez
is a terrific presenter. He was extremely organized and computer
savvy. I learned so much. I am taking so many new ideas back
to my classroom. I appreciate this session so much! Thank
you! I will tell everyone how wonderful this session was!
The best workshop! Thank you for new ways to help children.
Thanks for educating our minds and hearts.
This was the best presenter and content that I have experienced.
I would definitely attend another of Mr. Sanchez’s workshops.
Useful, practical, entertaining.
