I hereby accept the credentials as a State Delegate for Missouri NEA to the 2008 NEA Representative Assembly. I agree to attend all meetings of the caucus and the Representative Assembly, and to vote and to turn in my voting receipt for each election. I understand that failure to fulfill these responsibilities can jeopardize full reimbursement.

I understand that I will be eligible for expense reimbursement of up to $900 plus supersaver airfare (capped at $400). I will be sent a $450 advance in May. I agree to submit a voucher verifying all expenses by August 8, 2008.

I agree to perform my duties as a delegate as specified above.
