ALTERNATE DELEGATE CREDENTIALS

I hereby accept the credentials as a state
alternate for Missouri NEA to the 2008 NEA
Representative Assembly. I am returning this form to have
on file in the event that I am chosen to replace a delegate
at the 2008 NEA RA.
If I were to serve as a delegate I agree to attend all meetings
of the caucus and the Representative Assembly, and to vote
and to turn in my voting receipt for each election and understand
that failure to fulfill these responsibilities can jeopardize
full reimbursement of my expenses.
I understand that if I were to serve as a delegate, I will
be eligible for expense reimbursement of up to $900 plus supersaver
airfare (capped at $400). I will be sent a $450 advance in
May. I agree to submit a voucher verifying all expenses by
August 8, 2008.
