Join us at the 2007 Student NEA-FEA Conference
The annual Future Educators Association Conference is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 23 - Saturday, Feb. 24, 2007. This year the conference is at the Lodge of the Four Seasons, Lake Ozark. For the first time, we will be holding this conference jointly with our Student NEA Conference. Our hope is that our FEA members will have the opportunity to network not only with other FEA members, but with college-level future teachers as well. This is a departure from our previous fall conference on a college campus, and is a one-year trial to see if this is a more effective format for our FEA conference.

The keynote speaker will be the National Teacher of the Year Kimberly Oliver. Exhibits will include our MNEA vendors as well as a Scholastic Book display. Many workshops will be offered on Saturday. We will also have an FEA business meeting, where we will elect our officers for the next year, and we will hold our annual “competition” for our chapters.

The registration fee is only $40, which includes the registration fee, room (3 or 4 per room) on Friday night, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, all workshops and lots of fun! For more information, contact Sharon Watson at 800-392-0236.

Late registration (Feb. 13 and after): $50

THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS FEB. 7, 2007. A cancellation fee will be charged if you should need to cancel after Feb. 16.
