MNEA President
Chris Guinther
Guinther is a staff development coordinator for the Francis
Howell School District in St. Charles County. She assumed
the top leadership position as MNEA's full-time president
on August 1, 2007, after serving six years as MNEA vice
president.

Charles Smith
Smith is a high school teacher in the Center School District
in the Kansas City metropolitan area. He currently works
full-time for MNEA members as vice president of the Association.
He began his term as vice president Aug. 1, 2007, after
serving seven years as an NEA Director.

Julia Todd
Julia Todd will begin her first year on the NEA Board
of Directors Sept. 1, 2007. She is an A+ Coordinator
in the Raymore-Peculiar School District. Julia has previously
served on the MNEA Board, as local president and as
an MNEA representative to the Missouri Advisory Council
for Certification of Educators (MACCE).
